How to disable talkback on settings menu
Then the second way is to go to the Settings menu. In our opinion, the method above is much easier because you only need to press the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time. - Scroll down, then select the Accessibility menu
- Then select Screen Reader

If your smartphone is still using TouchWiz or the old OneUI series, it’s better to try turning off talkback without the settings menu, by pressing the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously, for at least 3 seconds. Because this method applies to all types of Samsung phones.
